Assisting in the drafting, preparation, and execution of notarial documents in accordance with legal standards,
Accurately maintaining records of notarial acts and ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities,
Handling client inquiries and ensuring smooth, professional communication throughout the notarization process,
Supporting colleagues to streamline procedures and improve client service delivery,
Assisting in legal research and document preparation for various client matters,
Keeping up to date with relevant notarial laws and administrative regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Tertiary level education is required; a law degree is not mandatory,
Native Maltese speakers and professional working proficiency in English,
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail,
Excellent communication abilities and confidence in interacting with clients and team members,
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential material,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn industry-specific software,
Positive attitude with a proactive, eager approach to learning in a fast-paced work environment,
