Serve as a secondary point of contact for administrative tasks assigned to the Office Administrator, acting as a backup when required.\n\t
Serve as a secondary point of contact for HR-related administrative tasks, ensuring continuity of operations.\n\t
Preparation of the Timesheet, Leave, and Billing Reports of Employees\n\t
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services, and manage contracts, negotiations, and service quality.\n\t
Keep stock of office supplies, place orders when necessary, and ensure cost-effective procurement.\n\t
Manage phone calls, correspondence (emails, letters, packages), and office communications.\n\t
Provide general support to visitors, including directing them to appropriate personnel and handling inquiries professionally.\n\t

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Canva for content creation.\n\t
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\n\t
Experience in maintaining and managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).\n\t
