&lt;p&gt;We are currently looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to support our Lube Oil &amp;amp; Conveyance operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Assist in coordinating daily operations related to lube oil deliveries and conveyances&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Maintain accurate records of oil transfers, deliveries, and inventories.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Liaise with internal departments and external service providers for smooth operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Prepare reports, data entries, and assist in documentation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Requirements:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Prior experience in local maritime sector is an advantage.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Strong organizational and communication skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
