&lt;p&gt;The Operations Executive will support the Operations Manager in optimizing operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with ISO standards, and ensuring the quality of customer service and internal systems. This role requires a proactive individual skilled in project management, process improvement, and performance monitoring. The Operations Executive will work across teams to implement strategic and operational goals, support data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Operational Management and Process Improvement&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Help implement and maintain compliance with ISO standards and other relevant regulations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle customers and vendors security/compliance requests.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the execution of strategic and operational objectives set by senior management.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quality Control and Performance Monitoring&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform quality control checks and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Project Coordination and Issue Resolution&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with the designated teams on special projects and department-wide planning efforts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate the implementation of internal systems to improve workflows and information flow.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Raise and track issues, remove obstacles, and resolve medium-complexity issues involving various stakeholders, escalating to senior management when needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Data Aggregation and Reporting&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Use analytics tools to generate reports, monitor trends, and support data-driven decision-making.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Education:&lt;/strong&gt; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred); or equivalent experience.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt; Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Proven experience in management, operations, and leadership.&lt;br&gt;Strong project management skills, with a good understanding of finance and budgeting.&lt;br&gt;Ability to build consensus and foster relationships among managers, partners, and employees.&lt;br&gt;Excellent written and verbal communication skills.&lt;br&gt;Proficiency with analytics tools for data reporting and insights.&lt;/li&gt;
