Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the scheduling and coordination of roaming teams and working closely with third parties and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Overseeing Operations: Manage all operations related to customer installations, repairs, and servicing in coordination with third parties.

Customer Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the customer information database to ensure accuracy.

Reporting: Prepare and present detailed operational reports.

Sales Coordination: Redirect potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives for follow-up.
\r\n
Customer Interaction: Address customer queries and complaints while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Customer Requirement Analysis: Question customers to better understand their needs and preferences.
\r\n
Technical Support: Assist the Technical department with planning and scheduling requirements.
\r\n
Optimisation: Analyse and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
\r\n
Order Processing: Record customer requirements or orders and forward them to the appropriate departments for action.
\r\n
Call and Interaction Records: Maintain accurate records of all customer calls and interactions.
\r\n
Logistical Operations: Organise and manage logistical operations to ensure smooth execution.
\r\n
Documentation Management: Ensure timely preparation, review, and actioning of all documentation.
\r\n
Interdepartmental Liaison: Work closely with all operational departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Education: Proven work experience of 1+ years in a similar role within operations management.
\r\n
Experience: Experience in operations or customer-focused roles is required, preferably in the energy sector.
\r\n
Language Skills: Fluency in both Maltese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
