&lt;p&gt;We’re seeking a &lt;strong&gt;seasoned Operations Manager&lt;/strong&gt; with a strong technical background and hands-on operational expertise to &lt;strong&gt;oversee multiple construction projects&lt;/strong&gt; across various stages. This pivotal role supports &lt;strong&gt;Site Managers and Foremen&lt;/strong&gt;, ensuring each project achieves its &lt;strong&gt;technical, operational, and commercial objectives&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a key member of our &lt;strong&gt;Senior Management Team&lt;/strong&gt;, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping project delivery strategies and leading operational excellence across the business.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee the day-to-day operations of &lt;strong&gt;multiple construction sites&lt;/strong&gt;, ensuring alignment with project timelines, quality &amp;amp; safety.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide &lt;strong&gt;technical guidance&lt;/strong&gt; to Site Managers and Foremen.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be the &lt;strong&gt;go-to problem solver&lt;/strong&gt; for on-site operational challenges – including &lt;strong&gt;HR issues, logistics coordination, procurement bottlenecks&lt;/strong&gt;, and subcontractor management.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drive project delivery through strong &lt;strong&gt;project management methodologies&lt;/strong&gt;, ensuring milestones are met with minimal disruptions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Attend &lt;strong&gt;weekly project meetings&lt;/strong&gt;, reporting to the executive team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mentor and support Site Managers and project teams to grow leadership capacity and technical capabilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure robust &lt;strong&gt;health &amp;amp; safety&lt;/strong&gt; compliance across all projects.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Contribute to the company’s strategic planning and growth as a core member of the &lt;strong&gt;senior leadership team&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10+ years of experience&lt;/strong&gt; in the construction industry, ideally in both field-based and operational leadership roles.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong &lt;strong&gt;technical background&lt;/strong&gt; in construction – engineering, site supervision, or project management.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven &lt;strong&gt;project management skills&lt;/strong&gt; with a track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hands-on and solution-oriented – thrives in solving real-world problems across &lt;strong&gt;HR, logistics, planning, and operations&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Strong leadership presence&lt;/strong&gt; – able to lead and influence teams across all levels.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable operating in a &lt;strong&gt;fast-paced, high-pressure environment&lt;/strong&gt; with multiple priorities.&lt;/li&gt;
