&lt;p&gt;We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our FastDrop Operations Team. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless execution of last-mile delivery services, with a direct impact on supply chain efficiency, operational excellence, and service quality.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style=&quot;min-height: 1.7em;&quot;&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As part of the operational core of FastDrop, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily functions, contributing to the delivery of outstanding service standards.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations specific to last-mile delivery.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Monitor schedule adherence and ensure timely completion of last-mile orders in collaboration with the team.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Utilise, manage, and monitor the eCabs FastDrop platform and related systems for operational efficiency.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Collaborate with a small, focused team of Last Mile Specialists.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Assist in drafting and delivering reports as requested by management.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Liaise with other units to ensure the highest level of service delivery.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Plan and optimise routes for last-mile deliveries.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Provide operational feedback, platform improvement suggestions, and recommendations to the FastDrop team.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p style=&quot;min-height: 1.7em;&quot;&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
