Mizzi Automotive Services Limited specializes in Car Repair and Body Repair and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Paint Shop Foreman to join our dynamic team.
The Paint shop Foreman supervises all the paint shop technicians, aids in training as needed. He also maintains a high level of technical productivity. He assists both the manager and the administration executive in the production booking process. He also initiates procedures to ensure a consistent high level of quality service.
Tasks:
To assist in planning, organizing, scheduling, and assigning the respective work being done at the paint shop.
To supervise and provide counseling to all the employees of the paint shop.
To manage the parts intake, inventory, storing and distribution from the paint shop side.
To maintain and update the paint shop equipment to standard and in good working order.
To supervise, monitor and reconcile the tooling inventory in the paint shop.
To handle the consumables, paint and fuel orders and deliveries of the paint shop.
To communicate efficiently with departmental personnel and other companies.
To ensure that all employees adhere to health and safety and company policies.
To report any health hazards to the Manager / Health and Safety Representative / Health and Safety Coordinator.
To ensure that all repairs done are carried out in line with manufacturer standards and methods of repair.
To ensure that the highest level of quality repairs is consistently achieved.
Experience:
Minimum 1 years in a similar role
