Join our team at The Eden as a Part - Time Security and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, damage, or breaches of company policies.
- Patrol designated areas regularly to detect and deter unauthorised access or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or disturbances, taking appropriate action.
- Enforce company rules and policies, ensuring guests and staff comply with safety and operational standards.
- Assist in managing crowd control during busy periods, events, or peak hours.
- Provide support and assistance to guests, answering questions and offering directions when needed.
- Handle incidents in a calm and professional manner, escalating issues where required.
- Monitor surveillance systems and report any faults or irregularities.
- Assist in emergency situations, following safety procedures and supporting evacuations if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and report any security concerns to management.
- Support other operational teams when required to ensure a safe and smooth guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security or related field preferred.
- Security tag license
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Security certification
- Flexibility to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
