Perform opening duties and breakfast, lunch and dinner set up such as setting tables, polishing glasses, folding napkins, and replenishing condiments.

Assist management and hosts to meet, greet, and seat guests, and issuing them food and wine menus.
\r\n
Ensuring accuracy when entering orders into the systems.
\r\n
Following up on food and beverage orders with the back of house (BOH).
\r\n
Proactively checking on guests to establish satisfaction with the product and overall experience and providing management with feedback.
\r\n
Issuing guests with their check on request and greeting and thanking them sincerely on departure.
\r\n
Performing closing duties such as sweeping and vacuuming and preparing linens for collection by laundry service.
\r\n

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.

Excellent English both written and verbally, any other language ability will be an advantage.
