A taste of what you’ll do

In this role it is your responsibility to leverage the Game Provider relationship to maximize the mutual value. As a company we strive to offer all our providers with a professional, responsive and constructive relationship.

Reporting directly to Head of Casino you will help set up campaigns, sell exposure to the providers across our brand inventory, assist with agreements and deals. You will also support the Casino Team with game releases when the need is there.
\n
\n
Confirming current fees and document in shared document.
\n
Keep Monday.com up to date in terms of contact details for GP and write down any notable event or decision.
\n
Keep track and launch all network campaigns that are financed by GP.
\n
Work together with Compliance team on Due diligence, addendum collection, collecting APIs for stake limits.
\n
Ensure that your GPs games are featured in the game release schedule.
\n
Guide and inform operators about our plans regarding new brands and markets.
\n
Onboard additional GPs via aggregator, onboarding forms etc.
\n
Ensure right RTPs.
\n
Discuss performance monthly.
\n
Explain commercial opportunities (or lack thereof) and algorithm.
\n
Work with Casino PO on integration plans and deliver realistic ETAs to GP.
\n
Assist Finance and/or Legal with any queries related to the GP.
\n

\n
Who and what we are after?
\n
\n
Minimum of 3 years of experience within the iGaming industry in a similar role or in a customer-facing role. Knowledge of regulated markets is a plus.
\n
Previous sales and account management experience is a strong merit.
\n
Good knowledge of casino games.
\n
Structured with a high attention to detail
\n
Excellent communication skills with a high level of spoken and written English.
\n
Ability to adapt easily and approach problems effectively.
\n
Ability to work in a team, meanwhile being able to work independently, taking ownership of their allocated task.
\n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
\n
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
\n
Strong attention to detail; ability to focus on all areas of a project or task, no matter how small.
