A taste of what you’ll do As a Product Owner – Payments, you will be responsible for owning and evolving our payment systems to ensure seamless, secure, and compliant transactions across all platforms. You'll work closely with engineering, compliance, finance, and third-party providers to build and maintain a best-in-class payments experience for our global user base.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of all payment features and services.
\n
\n
\n
Define clear product requirements and maintain a prioritized payments backlog.
\n
\n
\n
Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth and timely delivery of features.
\n
\n
\n
Partner with Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory and AML requirements across all jurisdictions.
\n
\n
\n
Work with Finance and external PSPs (Payment Service Providers) to manage integration, reporting, and performance monitoring.
\n
\n
\n
Maintaining our in-house Payments Platform and PIQ, including building rules, configurations, and widening, together with PSPs Manager, the Spectrum of payment methods
\n
\n
\n
Monitor and analyse payments KPIs (success rates, latency, failure causes, etc.), using insights to improve product performance.
\n
\n
\n
Ensure a secure and intuitive payments experience across all user journeys (deposits, withdrawals, KYC-related flows).
\n
\n
\n
Proactively provide operational payments support, managing escalation of tech payment issues with PSPs, and resolving payments issues quickly & efficiently
\n
\n
\n
Stay current on industry trends and emerging payment technologies (e.g., APMs, crypto, instant bank transfers).
\n
\n
\n
\n
Who and what we are after?
\n
\n
2+ years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in payments, fintech, or iGaming.
\n
\n
\n
Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, PSPs, and risk/fraud considerations.
\n
\n
\n
Data-driven mindset with experience working with KPIs and dashboards.
\n
\n
\n
Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to collaborate across tech, compliance, finance, and CS.
\n
\n
\n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment with multiple jurisdictions.
\n
\n
\n
Experience with agile teams and tools (e.g., Jira).
\n
\n
\n
