Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management: Oversee the complete payroll cycle for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit statutory forms, including FSS, engagement and termination forms, and SCC forms, within required deadlines.
\n\t
Client Support: Respond to payroll-related queries from clients, providing clear guidance and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
\n\t
Process Administration: Maintain precise payroll records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
\n\t
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the Payroll Team to deliver exceptional service and meet agreed service levels.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Education: Minimum A’ Level standard of education.
\n\t
Experience: Previous experience in a payroll role, ideally within a corporate services or professional services environment.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to convey complex payroll matters clearly.

Interpersonal Skills: Professional and approachable manner, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
