About This Job

Collis Williams Ltd is looking to recruit a Pharmacy Sales Assistant to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day operation of our pharmacies.

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with people and has an interest in healthcare, beauty and personal care products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their product requirements.
  • Support the sale and promotion of pharmacy, healthcare, beauty and personal care products.
  • Maintain good knowledge of products and their features, benefits and appropriate use.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, receiving deliveries and maintaining attractive product displays.
  • Check stock levels and assist with stock organisation.
  • Ensure the pharmacy and sales areas are clean, organised and well presented.
  • Process customer purchases and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
  • Assist with promotions, merchandising and in-store campaigns.
  • Work closely with pharmacists and other team members to ensure a high standard of service.
  • Follow company procedures and maintain a professional standard at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, beauty or customer service will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn about pharmacy, healthcare, beauty and personal care products.
  • Good command of Maltese and English.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy environment is considered an advantage but is not essential, as training will be provided.
