Assist customers in finding and purchasing over-the-counter medications, health products, and pharmaceuticals. Assist the managing pharmacist with Pharmacy of Your Choice (POYC), checking and placing on shelves Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain a clean and organised sales area, including shelves and product displays. Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately. Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service. Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, special offers, and effective up-selling and cross-selling of products to customers. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for both customers and staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not a must. Proficient in both English and Maltese languages are a must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.\r\n
Candidates must be available to work flexible hours, from 7.30 am to 10 pm.
