&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Description&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;518 Pharma Ltd is seeking to recruit a Pharmacy Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, customer focused and enjoys working in a team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Assist customers in purchasing over-the-counter medications and cosmetic products. Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications and other pharmaceuticals. This will include:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Seeing to customers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Answer telephone calls and taking appointments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage cash register&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Restock shelves with medicines and other pharmaceutical supplies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Checking and pricing of products and inputting in inventory system&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Periodical checking of expiry dates and the necessary stock rotation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure pharmacy is always clean and well organised&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow all health and safety guidelines&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Any other duties as may be assigned, from time to time, in relation to the running of a pharmacy and clinics.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications and skills required&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to provide excellent customer service&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to work on own initiative&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to work in a team&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic computer skills and experience with Point of Sale systems&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in English and Maltese Language&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in a similar role and with Shireburn would be considered an asset, but training will be provided&lt;/li&gt;
