&lt;p&gt;Smith’s Pharmacy is seeking a reliable and motivated &lt;strong&gt;Pharmacy Technician&lt;/strong&gt; to join our dedicated team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Purpose:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt; The Pharmacy Technician will support the Pharmacist in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient preparation and dispensing of medicines, while providing excellent service to patients and customers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in the preparation, labelling, and dispensing of prescriptions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing medicines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide information and advice to customers on the correct use of medicines and products (under the supervision of a pharmacist).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the Pharmacist in daily operations and patient care.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle administrative duties such as managing invoices, filing, and updating patient records.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills &amp;amp; Competencies:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and accuracy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good organisational and multitasking skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and customer service abilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work effectively as part of a team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic IT proficiency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Technicology from the University of Malta, or Advanced Diploma in Pharmacy Technician Studies from MCAST (or equivalent qualifications).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Valid Pharmacy Technician registration with the Pharmacy Council of Malta.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in a pharmacy setting will be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
