The Pharmacy Technician will support the Pharmacist in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient preparation and dispensing of medicines, while providing excellent service to patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, labelling, and dispensing of prescriptions.
\r\n
Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing medicines.
\r\n
Provide information and advice to customers on the correct use of medicines and products (under the supervision of a pharmacist).
\r\n
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
\r\n
Support the Pharmacist in daily operations and patient care.
\r\n
Handle administrative duties such as managing invoices, filing, and updating patient records.
\r\n

Requirements:
\r\n
\r\n
Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Technicology from the University of Malta, or Advanced Diploma in Pharmacy Technician Studies from MCAST (or equivalent qualifications).
\r\n
Valid Pharmacy Technician registration with the Pharmacy Council of Malta.
\r\n
Previous experience in a pharmacy setting will be considered an asset.
