PLANT ENGINEER AT RICASOLI PORT FACILITY

The Falzon Group of Companies is a leading provider of essential services to both local and international clients through fuel distribution, terminal operations and waste management solutions.

Ricasoli Port Facility Limited is looking for a Plant Engineer to manage the daily operations at Ricasoli Port Facility, our oil/water treatment facility. The Plant Engineer shall be responsible for maintaining the current plant equipment and shall oversee the professional installation of new equipment and lead new projects involving equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and manage the plant and equipment at Ricasoli at optimum standard;

· Plan preventive plant and equipment maintenance schedules and ensure that they are carried out and noted on the relative reports;

· Ensure full compliance with local, national, and international environmental and safety regulations;

· Liaise with engineering teams to improve process reliability and implement upgrades or modifications;

· Provide training to the team;

· Implement and maintain health & safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with plant machinery in a maintenance environment
• Knowledge of health & safety standards and regulatory requirements implementation will be considered as an asset.
