&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare and plaster walls, ceilings, and surfaces&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix and match paint colors and textures&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure clean, precise, and durable finishes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work on residential and commercial projects&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in plastering and painting&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and in a team&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good physical condition and stamina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be in Malta and have a valid work permit&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
