&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Handle luggage and personal belongings with care and efficiency.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assist guests with transportation arrangements and special requests.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Strong customer service orientation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is a plus.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests.&lt;/p&gt;
