&lt;p&gt;The Inkmill Operative responsabilities are to mix various Intaglio and Offset inks by weighing bases according to formulations, to impliment testing procedures to ensure good quality of the inks produced, to support the Printing Department with any colour alterations and quality issues related to inks and mantain the Inkmill Department to good standards in terms of 5S and organisation.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Essential:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• O level standard of education, Maths &amp;amp; English would be preferred.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• ECDL certificate would be preffered.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Knowledge on safety practices.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•  Has an eye for detail and able to carry out high precision tasks under pressure and within a timely manner.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Quality awareness.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Need to be able to manually lift 25kg load where necessary and according to HSE best practice.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• HSE and Security acumen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Fork Lift Truck License.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Competencies:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Functional Knowledge - Basic education in English and maths and computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word. Basic understanding of supplier relationships.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Business Expertise - Understanding of how own role contributes to the business in fast paced manufacturing environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Problem-solving - Limited problem solving requirement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Teamwork - Be a player in team which needs to work like clockwork in order to move things in a lean way across the various factory areas.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Area of Impact - Impacting production processes if material not delivered on time and in full or correctly.&lt;/p&gt;
