&lt;p&gt;Working within a team, the Print Process Operative will ensure individual machine output is maximised and quality standards are maintained on individual machines whilst adhering to health and safety regulations. Moreover, the Print Process Operative will ensure the end product is finished to customer standards and specifications in a timely manner to meet production targets.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;ins&gt;Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience:&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Previous experience in a manufacturing environment&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Computer Literate&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· O level or equivalent in English, Maltese and Maths&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Technical aptitude, either formal or experiential&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ability to work as part of a team&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Positive attitude with a desire to develop and progress&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Attention to detail&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Continuous Improvement desire&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Problem Solving ability&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Flexibility and adaptability to work across processes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Previous experience within a printing environment would be considered an asset&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
