&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the Role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a &lt;strong&gt;detail-oriented, tech-savvy Product Data Entry Specialist&lt;/strong&gt; to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our product listings are accurate, complete, visually appealing, and optimized for searchability and customer experience across our online platforms.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You’ll collaborate closely with procurement, suppliers, and marketing to maintain high-quality product data that supports both our sales and customer service teams.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Input and manage product data (titles, descriptions, SKUs, prices, specifications, attributes, etc.) across e-commerce platforms.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Upload and organize product images according to visual guidelines and standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain content consistency and accuracy across all product listings.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to gather complete product specifications and images.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Regularly update product availability, tag discontinued products, and add promotional labels.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow internal naming conventions, category rules, and SEO best practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform routine quality control by reviewing live product pages.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with Website Manager and Marketing Team to support seasonal promotions and campaigns.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify gaps in product information and recommend content enhancements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build and maintain an internal product knowledge base to support onboarding and sales training.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Required Skills &amp;amp; Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong organizational and time management skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to handle multiple projects independently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in data entry, e-commerce, or CMS platforms preferred.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic understanding of SEO for product listings is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Interest in consumer electronics or tech products.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with image editing tools like Canva or basic Photoshop is an advantage.&lt;/li&gt;
