We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Malta. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our cutting-edge platform, working alongside both business and tech teams. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals, while collaborating with stakeholders to address business needs, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure maximum business value.
• Translate business needs into well-defined features, user stories, and tasks, supplemented with wireframes and flowcharts where necessary, ensuring development teams have the information they need to deliver quality outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Lead effective demos and training sessions to present new product concepts and releases to stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years as a Product Owner (or similar role) within an Agile environment.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and tech, crafting clear and actionable business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
