Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
Translate complex ideas into simple, accessible, and engaging experiences.
Advocate for user-centred design principles across the organisation.
Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously raise the quality of our products.
Minimum Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design processes and end-to-end product design work.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
Solid understanding of UX research methods and usability testing.
Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, colour, and layout.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams, manage feedback, and iterate quickly.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills in presenting design concepts.

Experience working in agile product teams.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/React) to understand technical feasibility.
Motion/interaction design skills for micro-interactions and animations.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
