&lt;p&gt;We are currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to fill the role of &lt;strong&gt;Production Documentation Coordinator&lt;/strong&gt; within our team. This position is open to candidates who are passionate about process, documentation accuracy, and supporting seamless production workflows.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain, update, and organize all production documentation including SOPs, work instructions, batch records, and compliance logs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure documentation aligns with current practices and regulatory requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate documentation reviews, revisions, and approvals in a timely manner.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support audits by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in continuous improvement efforts related to documentation and information flow.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage the ERP system in production point of view&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create production recipes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Upload MBRs into the system&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Issue production orders and picklists for production&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate BR launch/unload in the system&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reconciliate of stock of solvents and their mix&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with document control systems and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, ISO) is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prior experience in a production, quality, or administrative support role preferred.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Italian Language is an asset to work with the system effectively.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
