&lt;p&gt;The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality standards and client expectations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time&lt;br&gt;- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met&lt;br&gt;- Manage project resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labor&lt;br&gt;- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise&lt;br&gt;- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards&lt;br&gt;- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any concerns&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Bachelor&#039;s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field will be an asset&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Proficiency in project management software and tools&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Malta&lt;/p&gt;
