Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing ERP and digital transformation projects from inception to completion. This includes leading a team of Business Analysts, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, particularly in ERP system implementations and digital transformation services.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management: Lead and manage end-to-end ERP and digital transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation, testing, and deployment.
\n\t
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support Business Analysts to ensure they deliver quality work and meet project milestones.
\n\t
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, external clients, and vendors, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and solutions.
\n\t
Scope & Requirements Management: Define and manage project scope and objectives, ensuring that project deliverables align with business needs and client expectations.
\n\t
Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure Business Analysts are supported in their roles.
\n\t
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery and budget adherence.
\n\t
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, managing escalations where necessary.
\n\t
Customer Satisfaction: Foster and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for improvement within project processes and team performance, incorporating feedback from clients and team members.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Experience: 5 years or more of experience in project management would be ideal, with a focus on ERP implementations and digital transformation projects.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English (C1 or C2 proficiency). The ability to communicate in Maltese is an asset.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage conflict, and drive results.
\n\t
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and digital transformation frameworks. Experience in working with Business Analysts and IT development teams is essential.

Organisation: Highly organised with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects and tasks.
