&lt;h4&gt;Role Overview&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;As the Project Support Officer, you will assist in the effective execution of project support functions. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of the Project Support Office to enhance project delivery and governance processes, ensuring efficient communication and reporting.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Co-ordination of Meetings&lt;/strong&gt;: Assist in organising and administering workshops and committee meetings to facilitate effective collaboration.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Software Administration&lt;/strong&gt;: Manage and customise project management software tools, ensuring their optimal use for project governance.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Project Documentation Management&lt;/strong&gt;: Set up and maintain electronic project folders and collaboration spaces to streamline document access and sharing among stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Data Monitoring&lt;/strong&gt;: Input and update project data across various systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy in project logs and reports.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reporting Facilitation&lt;/strong&gt;: Produce scheduled and ad-hoc project reports for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of project status.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Training and Support&lt;/strong&gt;: Provide training for users on project management tools and governance processes, enhancing their capability to utilise the software effectively.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience&lt;/strong&gt;: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role, with familiarity in project management practices.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Language Skills&lt;/strong&gt;: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Communication Skills&lt;/strong&gt;: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project-related information.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interpersonal Skills&lt;/strong&gt;: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical Skills&lt;/strong&gt;: Proficiency in project management software and a willingness to learn new technologies.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Organisation&lt;/strong&gt;: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate project documentation.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Self-Motivated&lt;/strong&gt;: A proactive individual capable of working with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Problem-Solving&lt;/strong&gt;: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a project environment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
