Role Overview \nOur Client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Projects Administrator to support its contracting department. This role acts as a crucial link between the Projects Team, clients, and suppliers, ensuring smooth planning and delivery of projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Work alongside the Projects Team to manage projects from shell form through to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
\n\t
Documentation & Submissions: Analyse project requirements and prepare detailed quotes, tenders, and corresponding BOQs.
\n\t
Client & Supplier Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, designers, project managers, and suppliers, maintaining clear and professional communication.
\n\t
Material Management: Order products and materials as per confirmed quotes, planning delivery schedules in coordination with the project team to meet project timelines.
\n\t
Billing & Payments: Prepare billings and assist with payment applications while keeping all documentation organised and up to date.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Education: Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related fields would be considered an asset.
\n\t
Experience: Prior experience within the retail finishes sector or a similar environment is highly desirable.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required; the ability to communicate in Maltese is an advantage.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and maintain professional relationships.
