Your role will involve maintaining communication with stakeholders, managing the structural funds unit, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. You will monitor progress, manage audits, and present detailed reports, ensuring targets are met in accordance with funding instruments. This position is crucial for ensuring that all projects are executed ethically, efficiently, and in alignment with organisational goals.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Stakeholder Communication:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Maintain effective communication across all project phases, ensuring alignment with local and EU-funded project requirements.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Audit Process Management:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Serve as the key contact for project audits, ensuring smooth processes and producing reports to document findings.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Structural Funds Unit Management:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress on funding instruments to meet targets.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disbursement Monitoring:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Track and report disbursement progress, ensuring timely updates to managing authorities.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Policy and Strategy Development:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Assist in developing strategies and procedures for managing both local and EU-funded projects related to the Company&#039;s initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Policy and Diplomacy, or a relevant field is required. Candidates with 5+ years of experience but without formal qualifications will also be considered.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Language Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of Maltese is an asset.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Communication Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Strong ability to convey ideas and updates clearly to diverse stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interpersonal Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Effective team player with the ability to collaborate with various departments.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Proficiency in monitoring and reporting on financial disbursements and project progress.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Organisation:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Self-Motivated:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Problem-Solving:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Adept at identifying and resolving project-related issues, ensuring smooth audit processes.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What&#039;s on Offer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Compensation:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;A competitive base salary with an additional car allowance and a communication allowance.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Performance Bonus:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Up to 15% on the basic salary, based on achieving set KPIs.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Working Hours:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Monday to Friday, averaging 8 hours per day with a 15-minute break.
