Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication across all project phases, ensuring alignment with local and EU-funded project requirements.
Audit Process Management: Serve as the key contact for project audits, ensuring smooth processes and producing reports to document findings.
Structural Funds Unit Management: Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress on funding instruments to meet targets.
Disbursement Monitoring: Track and report disbursement progress, ensuring timely updates to managing authorities.
Policy and Strategy Development: Assist in developing strategies and procedures for managing both local and EU-funded projects related to the Company's initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Policy and Diplomacy, or a relevant field is required. Candidates with 5+ years of experience but without formal qualifications will also be considered.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of Maltese is an asset.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey ideas and updates clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Effective team player with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in monitoring and reporting on financial disbursements and project progress.
Organisation: Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
