This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service and property management.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You’ll Do:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Welcome and assist clients with their inquiries, providing outstanding customer service.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate and manage property rental bookings.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Schedule and attend property viewings.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee finances and maintain accurate records.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Market properties and screen potential tenants.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the team with various day-to-day duties.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in &lt;strong&gt;MS Office&lt;/strong&gt; and other relevant software.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A &lt;strong&gt;problem-solver&lt;/strong&gt; with a proactive approach to challenges.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work &lt;strong&gt;independently&lt;/strong&gt; and take initiative.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills in &lt;strong&gt;Maltese and English&lt;/strong&gt; (both written and verbal).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A &lt;strong&gt;commitment to excellence&lt;/strong&gt;, customer satisfaction, and workplace safety.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Valid driving license&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flexibility to work &lt;strong&gt;weekends&lt;/strong&gt; (every second Saturday)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Previous experience&lt;/strong&gt; in property administration is a plus, but not required.&lt;/li&gt;
