Purchasing Executive

Position Overview:-

The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for the processing, verification, and confirmation of clients’ orders, as well as the planning and coordination of the logistics required for the procurement and delivery of goods from the Company’s principal suppliers. The successful candidate will liaise closely with foreign and local suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations, timely deliveries, and the maintenance of high service standards.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven work experience in a similar role
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational and managerial skills
• Able to negotiate and close deals with optimal terms
• Ability to organize shipping of supplies
• Able to control budgets
• Competent computer skills and experience in Microsoft office.
• Fluent in Maltese, English and Italian.
