&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Overview:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;The Purchasing Manager is responsible for executing and overseeing daily purchasing operations, managing the purchasing team, and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company objectives. This role serves as a bridge between strategic procurement initiatives and operational purchasing activities.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supervise and mentor the Purchasing Agent team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Execute purchasing strategies developed by Procurement Management.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Process and oversee complex purchase requests.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Review and approve purchase orders within designated authority limits.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor purchase order accuracy and maintain purchasing records.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in developing and implementing purchasing procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handling vendor evaluation and selection.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Track and report key performance metrics for purchasing operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with the Finance department for budget tracking and payment processing.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Building maintaining healthy supplier relationships.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience and Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5+ years of purchasing experience, with a proven track record in procurement operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in procurement software systems and strong analytical &amp;amp; negotiation skills.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and a proactive mindset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Quality leadership skills in leading procurement teams and fostering a high-performance culture.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong ability to negotiate, manage, and maintain supplier partnerships.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting procurement deadlines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to assess procurement challenges and implement effective solutions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Expertise in purchasing technical or IT-related products and services.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
