As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Manager to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead the Quality Control department in accordance with EU GMP guidelines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee the testing of materials, in-process samples, and finished products for compliance with established standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure compliance with all EU regulations for medical cannabis production and distribution.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and implement QC procedures, protocols, and testing methods.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality output.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Investigate any product quality issues and implement corrective actions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage and train laboratory personnel, ensuring adherence to safety standards and continuous improvement in QC processes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to medical cannabis and GMP compliance.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5+ years of experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical or medical cannabis industry, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment with experience in microbiology&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In-depth knowledge of EU GMP standards and regulations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong leadership and team management skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in laboratory testing methods and quality control systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Located in Malta (Europe)&lt;/li&gt;
