Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Cost Estimation:&lt;/strong&gt; Collaborate with senior surveyors on accurate project cost estimates.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Tendering:&lt;/strong&gt; Assist in tender document preparation and submissions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Project Analysis:&lt;/strong&gt; Analyze project specs and contracts for cost-saving opportunities and risks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Budget Management:&lt;/strong&gt; Monitor project costs and assist in cost control measures.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Quantity Takeoffs:&lt;/strong&gt; Prepare detailed quantity measurements.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Contract Administration:&lt;/strong&gt; Manage project contracts, including payment applications and change orders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Documentation:&lt;/strong&gt; Maintain records and reports.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Collaboration:&lt;/strong&gt; Work with cross-functional teams for project success.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;· A minimum qualification level of a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Excellent Microsoft Office and AutoCAD skills&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Proficiency in relevant surveying software&lt;/p&gt;
