&lt;p&gt;We are looking forward for an ambitious and hands-on Quantity Surveyor to be part of our effective young team, managing turnkey projects.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Successful QS should have a proven track record of not less than three years in the finishing trades and Construction Industry, with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Undergraduates perusing a Diploma at MCAST in Quantity Surveying will be taken into consideration.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The chosen candidate will:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;🤓 Analyse the drawings and specifications of the construction project&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;💻 Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and their respective cost&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;📈 Forecast costs and report on actual costs of a project&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;⭐ Provide advice on contractual claims and contractual variation quantities&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;✍️ Prepare requests for quotations&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;👷‍♂️ Quantify works of construction and finishes on site&lt;/p&gt;
