About This Job
The Test Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust test solutions to support the validation and verification of electronic products throughout the product development lifecycle. Working closely with R&D, Production, and Quality teams, the engineer will ensure products meet functional, performance, reliability, and quality requirements through effective test strategies and methodologies.
The role includes the design, development, and support of ICT (In-Circuit Test) and FCT (Functional Circuit Test) hardware and software to enable efficient PCB testing, fault diagnosis, and product validation during development and production phases.
In addition, the engineer will contribute to the continuous improvement of test processes, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency through data analysis, root cause investigation, and implementation of corrective actions.
The role may require occasional travel to R&D headquarters, suppliers, and manufacturing sites to support testing activities, product validation, and production ramp-up initiatives.
