&lt;p&gt;Receptionists are the first point of contact for persons visiting an organisation’s premises.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;ins&gt;KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Welcome clients in a friendly and welcoming manner&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep a record of visitor details, issue security badges and ensure return  upon exit&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Guide clients to the appropriate location&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Posting / Inputting of invoices, using Shireburn&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle telephone and e-mails&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Record and relay messages to staff or clients&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deal with client queries and complaints&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deal with incoming and outgoing post or deliveries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Receiving sick reports / reporting to the Company medical doctor&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supply relevant forms, brochures, or other materials to interested parties&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional reception area&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support office staff.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;ins&gt;EDUCATION &amp;amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;An MQF Level 3 of education is considered as an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication skills in Maltese and English.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Working hours are from08:00 till 16:00&lt;br&gt;Day in and Day Out&lt;br&gt;Monday to Friday&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
