Role Overview

As a Recruiting Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our Client's talent acquisition strategy. You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Qualifications: Preferably a degree in Psychology, HR, Business or related field, but can be countered with a successful proven track record in a similar role.

Experience: 2 years of recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English; Maltese proficiency is an asset.
\n\t
Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
\n\t
Organisation: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple open roles concurrently.
\n\t
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruiting tools.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.

Legal Awareness: Familiarity with employment laws and regulations pertinent to hiring and recruitment.
