Role Overview \nThe Recruiting Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the Business attracts and secures top talent. This role will collaborate closely with department heads to meet hiring objectives, enhance the candidate experience, and support the growth and culture of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department leaders to identify current and future hiring needs.
\n\t
Job Advertising: Create and distribute engaging job postings across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
\n\t
Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential hires using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
\n\t
Screening and Selection: Review CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate recruitment stages with hiring managers.
\n\t
System Management: Maintain recruitment records and manage the applicant tracking system efficiently.
\n\t
Career Events: Organise and participate in career fairs to promote the Business as an employer of choice.
\n\t
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive journey for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
\n\t
Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, facilitating their integration into the organisation.
\n\t
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare recruitment reports and analyse metrics to inform hiring strategies.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Education: Relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or related field.
\n\t
Experience: Proven track record as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. Familiarity with Maltese Employment Law.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English; Maltese language skills are an advantage.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to liaise effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships across teams and candidates.
\n\t
Technical Skills: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Organisation: Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
\n\t
Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven to achieve recruitment goals with minimal supervision.

Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing challenges and implementing effective recruitment solutions.
