&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Position Overview&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a Recruitment and Talent Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to ensuring successful placements. You will work closely with clients and candidates to facilitate a smooth hiring process, ensuring a great match for both parties.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify and contact companies in need of recruitment services.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop strategies to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Present and negotiate commercial proposals tailored to clients&#039; needs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organise business agreements and ensure compliance with service terms.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and ongoing clients.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recruitment and Selection&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Post job vacancies and attract qualified candidates according to client requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Screen résumés and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and job compatibility.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure successful candidate placement and follow up on initial performance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep an updated database of available candidates for future opportunities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience:  Up to 3 years.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical Skills&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of negotiation and consultative sales.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Soft Skills&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and persuasion skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Results-driven mindset and strong negotiation abilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.&lt;/li&gt;
