We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Executive to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, with an emphasis on hiring security staff and administrative personnel. This role requires excellent organizational abilities, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while aligning the right candidates with business needs.\r\n
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Resourcing

Collaborate with department leads to assess and forecast staffing needs, specifically for security and clerical roles.
\r\n
Manage recruitment pipelines to ensure timely coverage of personnel gaps.
\r\n
\r\n
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
\r\n
\r\n
Identify talent using various channels including job portals, recruitment partners, and internal referrals.
\r\n
Build and maintain a database of pre-screened candidates for frequently recruited positions.
\r\n
Represent the organization at external recruitment events, such as career fairs and industry meetups.
\r\n

Selection & Evaluation
\r\n
\r\n
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
\r\n
Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit.
\r\n
Arrange interviews with hiring teams and ensure prompt candidate communication.
\r\n
Carry out background checks, reference verifications, and where necessary, assist with obtaining security clearances.

Onboarding & Recruitment Administration
\r\n
\r\n
Draft employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
\r\n
Facilitate smooth integration of new employees through structured induction processes.
\r\n
Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
\r\n
\r\n
Compliance & Reporting
\r\n
\r\n
Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to internal policies, legal standards, and sector-specific guidelines.
