Role Overview \nOur Client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Manager to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for both full-time and temporary staff. This role involves collaborating closely with department managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently, coordinating interviews, and ensuring all employment documentation is in place. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining an effective and compliant recruitment process, contributing to the continued success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process for full-time, part-time, and temporary staff roles across the language schools.
\n\t
Job Postings and Applicant Tracking: Open job requisitions, post job openings, and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
\n\t
Candidate Screening: Screen CVs and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
\n\t
Collaboration with Managers: Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and refine job descriptions.
\n\t
Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates, department heads, and the School Director.
\n\t
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with Maltese employment regulations and company policies, assisting candidates with required documentation such as work permits and contracts.
\n\t
Onboarding Process: Collaborate with the payroll department to process employment contracts and handle all onboarding documentation.
\n\t
Record Keeping: Maintain organised and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
\n\t
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on local labour laws, market trends, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Eligibility: Must have a valid work permit to be employed in Malta.
\n\t
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
\n\t
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
\n\t
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation and contracts.
\n\t
Collaborative: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with department managers and the School Director.
\n\t
Knowledge of Employment Law: Familiarity with Maltese employment law and regulations is preferred.
\n\t
