\n• Handle document registration at the Malta Public Registry, CFR, Identita’, and other relevant departments.
\n• Draft legal memos and supporting documentation.
\n• Assist clients with applications for residence permits, visas, work permits, and citizenship.
\n• Maintain ongoing client communication, keeping them informed of application progress and regulatory updates.
\n• Stay updated on local and international immigration laws and advise clients accordingly.
\n• Support clients in appeal submissions and responses to immigration authority inquiries.
\n• Assist in internal training sessions on immigration law updates for colleagues and external stakeholders.
\n• Liaise with local immigration and tax authorities on behalf of clients.
\n• Contribute to content creation, including articles, publications, and updates on immigration matters.
\n• Provide guidance on obtaining various licenses in Malta.
\n• Draft and review legal agreements, including employment contracts, service agreements, shareholder agreements, and lease agreements, ensuring compliance with Maltese and EU legal frameworks.
\n• Collaborate with other departments to provide holistic legal services.
• Fully qualified lawyer with a Maltese warrant.
\n• Minimum 3 years of experience in Immigration Law.
\n• Strong knowledge and interest in Immigration Law.
\n• Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese.
\n• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
\n• Proactive mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
