&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Packing and Organizing:&lt;/strong&gt; Efficiently pack and organize household items and belongings to ensure safe transport during relocations, adhering to company standards for packing methods and materials.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Driving:&lt;/strong&gt; Safely operate company vehicles to transport packed items to various locations, ensuring timely delivery while complying with all road safety regulations.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Loading and Unloading:&lt;/strong&gt; Assist in loading and unloading items at both origin and destination points, using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment to prevent damage and injury.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Inventory Management:&lt;/strong&gt; Maintain accurate records of items packed and transported, ensuring that all belongings are accounted for and handled with care.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Customer Interaction:&lt;/strong&gt; Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the moving process.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Team Collaboration:&lt;/strong&gt; Work collaboratively with other team members to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the relocation process.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Safety Compliance:&lt;/strong&gt; Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during packing, transporting, and handling items to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Experience Level:&lt;/strong&gt; Entry-level position suitable for candidates eager to start a career in relocation services; prior experience in packing or driving is a plus but not mandatory.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Language Proficiency:&lt;/strong&gt; Proficient in English (professional working proficiency) and limited working proficiency in Maltese to facilitate communication with clients and team members.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Physical Stamina:&lt;/strong&gt; Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Driving License:&lt;/strong&gt; A valid driving license is required, with a clean driving record preferred to ensure safe driving practices. C driving license will be an asset.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Attention to Detail:&lt;/strong&gt; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure items are packed securely and transported without damage.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Problem-Solving Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances during the relocation process, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Team Player:&lt;/strong&gt; A collaborative attitude, demonstrating the ability to work well with others while contributing positively to team dynamics.&lt;/p&gt;
