&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Vacancy – Reservation Supervisor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservation Supervisor to lead our reservations team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maximize revenue opportunities, and deliver exceptional guest service.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Supervise and support the reservations team in handling bookings and guest inquiries.&lt;br&gt; Ensure accurate input of reservations in the PMS/CRS system.&lt;br&gt; Maximize room revenue through effective upselling and yield strategies.&lt;br&gt; Liaise with Sales, and Front Office, teams on group bookings and availability.&lt;br&gt; Handle escalated guest requests and maintain high service standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2+ years’ experience in hotel reservations, with supervisory experience preferred.&lt;br&gt; Strong knowledge of PMS (Opera Cloud) and CRS systems.&lt;br&gt; Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.&lt;br&gt; Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.&lt;br&gt; Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.&lt;/p&gt;
