&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Description&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Ghajnsielem. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include processing bookings, updating reservation systems, assisting guests with their needs, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong Communication and Customer Service skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in handling Reservations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven Sales skills and a customer-oriented approach&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work in a team-oriented environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in Eric Soft Sytem is a plus&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Full Time -40 hrs per week&lt;/p&gt;
