About This Job

Position Overview
Lead daily floor operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain smooth service flow, and support the management team in a high-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities


- Guest Experience & Service Leadership
- Greet and engage guests, handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor service standards and ensure consistent delivery of food and beverage quality.
- Lead by example on the floor, maintaining visibility and assisting during peak periods.


- Team Supervision & Development
- Supervise, coach, and motivate front-of-house staff; conduct shift briefings and allocate duties.
- Provide on-the-job training and feedback to ensure team competency and adherence to standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews as required.


- Operational Management
- Oversee seating, reservations, and waitlist management to optimize covers and turnover.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to manage timing and order accuracy.
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and safety of dining areas before, during, and after service.


- Administrative & Financial Duties
- Open/close shifts, handle cash reconciliation, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor stock levels for front-of-house items and communicate replenishment needs.
- Implement and maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.


- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to service improvements, menu rollouts, and promotional activities.
- Report operational issues and suggest efficiency enhancements to management.

Skills & Qualifications


- Experience
- Entry-level candidates with relevant hospitality or retail experience; prior supervisory or team-lead exposure preferred.


- Languages
- Full professional proficiency in English required.


- Core Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership potential with ability to motivate and manage a team under pressure.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic numeracy for cash handling and reconciliation tasks.
